The insights feature is a very versatile functionality that can be used in many ways. In general, there are two main use cases:
Follow/unfollow management
- Keep track of who is following or unfollowing you. We make it easy.
- Be aware of who is not following back, so that you can decide to unfollow them after a certain amount of time.
Follower segmentation
This use case can be best explained with an example: you may find it handy to know who is considered
influential, so that you can direct message them a business proposition. If you
have more than a few hundred followers, it is not practically feasible to
sift through your followers manually to identify who you should contact.
TweetSuite's insights feature does the job for you, by clustering your followers
into different groups. Furthermore, you can browse within each group and filter even further on certain criteria.
