Scheduling

You do not have time to be on Twitter every moment of the day. Furthermore, not all your followers may be in the same timezone as you, making it difficult to serve tweets at the right time.

The scheduling functionality of TweetSuite enables you to plan tweets ahead. This could be days, weeks or even months. If you want to tweet something next Monday at precisely 5:00 PM, using the schedule functionality would make perfect sense.

Tip: Use the Activity statistic to know exactly when your followers are online.
Schedule your tweets preferably around peak times.

  1. Go to the Scheduling page.
  2. Click on
  3. Insert your tweet and specify the date and time.
  4. Optional: If desired, specify the pause (see: "What does the pause feature do?").
  5. Click on
That's it, you're done!

  6. Upload the file on the Bulk scheduling page.

  2. Click on

Alternative way

If you want to enable or disable scheduling for multiple Twitter accounts, here is a more efficient way:
  1. Go to the Account manager page.
  2. Under the column, click the status button.

If you specify a pause, this will temporarily pause rotation after your scheduled tweet is published. This ensures that your scheduled tweet remains on top of your timeline for a certain amount of time.

To see the reason why your scheduled tweet was not published, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Scheduling page.
  2. The tweet that was not published should be marked in yellow, it should also have a icon.
  3. Hold your mouse on the icon for a few seconds. Information will be displayed to you regarding the reason your tweet was not published.
  4. Reschedule the tweet on a different date/time.
